This is our local cafe, great options from full english to Mediterranean breakfast and lunch offerings too. Good strong coffee, they only do almond milk as a milk alternative though not oat, but the coffee still tastes good. Friendly staff and the atmosphere is great.

Nice looking place and good to see in Plaistow. Food tastes nice, is value for money, however would be good if they offered halal options to reflect the local demographic. Friendly staff, lovely food freshly cooked at a good price.The place was clean, busy but not full.

Really the best independent cafe in Plaistow. Obviously it can get very busy; lots of hipster/trendy people who would be at home in Hackney Wick or Peckham can camp here, but not a complaint - overall a nice atmosphere, great food and good service. I only wish more stores and eateries like this could open up - it really brings up the vibe of an otherwise rundown area.

Prices are fair.Has the spicy Mexican chicken panini and hot chocolate. It was delectable.My friend had smoked salmon and avocado panini and was ecstatic about it. They come with a side of salad as well. Iโ€™d definitely recommend.
